Peer Review Policy

Manuscripts submitted to the journal will undergo a double-blind peer review process, in which authors and reviewers remain anonymous to one another. Submissions must comply with the thematic, editorial, and ethical requirements established by the journal.

Editorial Process Stages

  1. Preliminary Review (1–2 weeks). The Editorial Department will verify compliance with publication guidelines, thematic relevance, and similarity levels using Turnitin software.
  2. Editorial Evaluation (1 week). The editor will determine the academic suitability of the manuscript for peer review. If necessary, the editor may request preliminary revisions or a second editorial review.
  3. Peer Review (4–6 weeks). The manuscript will be evaluated by at least two external academic reviewers who are specialists in the subject area. Reviewers will recommend one of the following outcomes: acceptance, acceptance with revisions, or rejection. In the event of conflicting recommendations, the manuscript will be sent to a third reviewer, whose decision will be final.
  4. Author Revisions. Authors must address the reviewers’ comments within the established deadlines and submit a revised version of the manuscript with all changes highlighted in red, using the same Word document provided by the journal. Authors must also submit a response document detailing the revisions made.

When the decision is conditional upon minor revisions, authors will have a maximum of two weeks to submit the corrected version. If no response is received within the specified period, the manuscript will be rejected.

If authors require an extension of any established deadline, they must request it in a timely manner from the Editor in Chief of the journal.
